Being able to find comfort in your own skin is key to stepping forward into a new era filled with peace, success, fulfillment and relief from overwhelming emotions. Most people think they have to sit perfectly still and silent to meditate, but this series will make the process accessible. Looking inside helps bring clarity to chaos and shine light into darkness, but without guidance it’s hard to explore that inner world in a meaningful way. This series is here for you to learn how to practice meditation as a life skill and regain your power over the waves of emotion that arise as we grow.

You’ve got to feel it to heal it, my friend <3 Join this stream of restorative exercises and experience the power of coming back to center. This invitation is open to all hearts seeking to heal, even if you just use this time to cry.
An opening practice based in yoga & pilates will help melt the day away, then you’ll be guided into deep rest for the last 20 minutes of class. We will focus on the breath throughout practice. Dress comfy and have blankets, pillows, and any other comfort items on hand to self soothe as needed. This is YOU time.

This practice will help you to break negative patterns that are holding you back. You may benefit from having a journal ready to make notes on your thoughts and progress. The exercises can be done in a chair or on the floor, and the class will be crafted to suit all levels of ability.

What to Expect
We know we need to take care of ourselves first, but often when we are in survival mode it’s all we can do to just get through the day. However, your nervous system gets frayed after too many days of pushing and you can’t think your way out of a crisis. This is a virtual class designed for you to move feelings through your body and mind at your own pace. In the safety of your own space you can be part of a group of cohorts that understand your process without you having to explain a thing. We are all here to breathe through the pain, anger, loss, uncertainty, fear and grief that divorce brings. The gentle movement sequences are designed to release tension and the time for reflection is guided so that your thoughts can smooth out. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the zoom meeting and a template to follow along with in PDF form. You deserve to feel good.
